Tour Overview

Moab has stories to tell! Immerse yourself on a private driving and walking tour of the Moab area past and present: dinosaurs, first people, the Spanish Trail, pioneers, ranchers and outlaws, railroads, CCC work projects, a prison camp, uranium boom and bust, and modern-day adventure tourism.  Your guide will share the stories of locals past and present, the many ups and downs and a diverse set of characters to build a chronological history of Moab Through the Ages.  This driving tour will lead us to a dinosaur track site, ancient indigenous rock art, the Colorado River crossing, a stage station, a uranium mill site, and much more along the way. You will immerse yourself in the history of the Moab area, surrounded by the stunning red rock landscape and mountain views for which the town is famous.  An all-ages, low impact driving tour with some light walking; optional hiking can be added to customize your experience.
